Applicants CV must be entered electronically on Company Website or emailed before registration with Aztec Employment.
Applicants will undergo a face-to-face or telephone interview.
Applicants will be notified of Aztec Employment strict adherence to Data Protection guidelines and use of their personal details.
All registered applicants will be marketed professionally to a minimum of 5 clients.
Consent from the applicant must be given first before any information is disclosed to a client.
A detailed briefing will be given to the Applicant at least 24 hours before interview with client.
All interviewed applicants by client will receive detailed feedback by Aztec Employment Agent by telephone within 48 hours.
Successfully placed applicants by Aztec Employment will receive an offer letter on behalf of client highlighting Salary, benefits and start date where applicable.

An Aztec Employment agent to establish their recruitment needs will personally consult all new clients.
During Consultation Aztec Employment agent will advise Client in detail as to Aztec Employment’s terms of business.
Within 1 hour of vacancy(s) being taken Client will be given notification of suitable applicants.
Detailed profiles and CVs of short listed applicants will be sent to Client.
We guarantee Clients that all successful applicants will be given a detailed brief prior to interviews.
Interview feedback from applicant will be communicated to client within 2 hours of interview. Feedback from client will be collated within 24 hours and communicated to applicant.
All offers of employment or rejections will be communicated to applicants through Aztec Employment in a professional and courteous manner.
Confidentiality from Aztec Employment Agency to Client is assured in regards to the legislation of the Data Protection act.
